Laura Redman is the owner and CEO of Community Access, Inc. Ms. Redman holds a BS Degree from the University of Arizona and an MS Degree in Home Economics from Stephen F. Austin University, and is also a registered and licensed dietician in Texas.

Laura is an alumni of the Leadership Texas Association. She serves on several non-profit boards such as Association for Retarded Citizens (ARC), Job Works, Private Providers Association of Texas (PPAT) and Southwest Society of Service Coordinators. Ms. Redman has also been appointed to several local community boards Community Workforce of Texas and the Tyler Catholic School System.

A tireless worker in the field of developmental disabilities for over 25 years, in her spare time Laura's enjoys traveling and learning about investing. Laura and her husband, Richard, live in Tyler, Texas, where she continues to be an active member of the community.
